Dynamic Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator needed for Prestigious Luxury Real Estate Office~

Welcome candidates. 

This position is for a full time executive/personal assistant, whose duties will also include marketing and client care, with a top broker at the DC area’s most prestigious and well respected luxury real estate firm.

Our main office is located in McLean, Virginia- as this serves as our base of operations, but trips to downtown Washington, Bethesda/Potomac, MD, and around the Northern Virginia area are common throughout the week. So reliable transportation will be important for our candidate.

This is a strictly residential real estate firm, we don’t work in the commercial space. While we are proud to work in all price ranges (from studio condos on up), we have a special focus on the high-end listing market. Think “Million Dollar Listing”, minus the pretense and drama.

Typical daily duties will include: preparing marketing reports, scheduling appointments, supervising inspections, coordinating & monitering marketing campaigns (via print, mail, and online), transaction management, organization of contracts/forms/administrative paperwork, preparation of presentations, managing social media accounts, drinking champagne, and more.

Qualifications:

4-year degree preferred (marketing, communications, media arts & design are a big plus!)
very flexible availability (there’s really no such thing as a typical day)

polished
proficiency with: Max OS, safari, keynote/powerpoint, Microsoft Office (excel), Facebook, twitter, linkedIn, photoshop/lightroom (preferred)
discretion 
honest, loyal & trustworthy
clean driving record, no criminal convictions
ability & willingness to obtain a real estate license
a can-do spirit, we don’t like to hear “that’s not in our job description”

I wanted to take a quick moment to pause and honor the life & legacy of my colleague, Bill Prendergast.

Bill quickly became a fixture here at the McLean office of Washington Fine Properties, as was an integral part of the operations of The Prendergast Team.  Bill passed away earlier this week after a brief illness, and his presence and wonderful spirit will be missed here at the office.

Our thoughts are with Marianne, Will, Brian, Sam, Maggie, Jack, and Linda as they undergo this tremendously difficult time.
